The 13th Annual Destination Symposium Dinner at Whim Plantation Museum was an enormous success, which was largely due to the exceptional delicacies and service provided by your staff. The presentation of our local deserts was splendid and a particular hit with our guests, many of whom were first time visitors to St. Croix.

I am writing to endorse the services of Mr. Burton Peterson of Top Class Catering.
Mr. Peterson donated his catering services recently for a fundraiser for the St. Croix Landmarks Society Wine at Whim and he and his staff did a marvelous job in both food and preparation and presentation that evening. Servers were extremely courteous and helpful and Mr. Peterson gracefully oversaw all of the activities of his staff that evening. The traditional Crucian chicken dish was quite wonderful and his special local bread pudding recipe was outstanding and a big hit with everyone that night.
Burton Peterson definately runsa top class catering business and I would highly recommend him for his excellence in preparing traditional Crucian fare.
